In these times many people feel more comfortable having therapy online. Online therapy might also be for you if you travel often, prefer the convenience of having therapy from home, or if you find the right therapist for you but their premises are too far for you to travel.

I can work therapeutically online via Zoom, Skype, Google Meet, or your preferred platform. I have experience of helping others use these online platforms, so walking you through setting up the software is all part of the service.
